I contacted Lamps Direct when a projector bulb failed in our exhibition and we found we hadn't a spare in stock. This was compounded by not having a signatory on-site to approve a card payment. The Lamps Direct staff were very helpful and set up a 30-day account for us and sent the correct bulb out the same day. Very very helpful.
