Website was user friendly and easy to locate the product I needed. Also, the additional information on the three different types of lamps, that were suitable for my projector, allowed me to create an informed choice when selecting the product I needed. I did make the error of double ordering the same lamp. However, when I contacted customer service they were very helpful and efficient at cancelling the second order and the original order arrived within the stated 24 hour period. Very impressed all round with the company and will definitely be using them again for future orders. Would recommend them highly to anyone needing to replace their old projector lamp.
