Unfortunately another online company selling products that they don’t hold themselves. Sent directly from supplier. Supplier failed to send item express postage as paid for. I did get a couple of pounds refunded but the item arrived late. So if like me you want your lamp fast be careful and find out if they hold the item themselves when they say it’s in stock. Otherwise the lamp does seem to be excellent.
