I needed a lamp in a hurry, and was very pleased with the swift service i received. The person on the end of the phone was helpful and polite, and she was reassuring when it came to my anxiety about not getting the lamp in time! As it turned out, my replacement lamp wasn't quite as bright as I'd hoped, but the "no quibble" return was exactly that. I ordered another lamp, and returned the old one without issue.
