“Team was very helpful in sorting out the right lamp for my projector after i ordered the wrong one! They processed the refund on the previous order quickly. and the new lamp arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service.”

“Delivery came within the allotted window that I paid for, express next day. Really happy with the product. My only feedback would be to make it clear that the company doesn’t operate at weekends as other online retailers do and so would help to manage expectations of when delivery might be dispatched. I ordered on a Friday when the next day cutoff was passed, but couldn’t find out information on whether it would be dispatched on Saturday. Got a thorough explanation from customer services on the Monday, but could use more info on the site.”

“Last night I gave a presentation to our Garden Club this was the first I had used the new lamp replacement, within the hours it went with a loud pop and faild, it lasted only 70 minutes. I have rung your office and they asked me to contact sales by e-mail giving my order No I do not have an order No. I can return the lamp to you or drive over to your office as I live near Andover - thank you”

“I needed a lamp in a hurry, and was very pleased with the swift service i received. The person on the end of the phone was helpful and polite, and she was reassuring when it came to my anxiety about not getting the lamp in time! As it turned out, my replacement lamp wasn't quite as bright as I'd hoped, but the "no quibble" return was exactly that. I ordered another lamp, and returned the old one without issue.”
