“Good morning - many thanks for the chance to review my order. I would be greateful for an update - this item for a benq 5700 ( 5J.JKV05.001 Lamp for BENQ W5700) was ordered some weeks ago (Deverson delivery to BS35 4AZ) - payment was taken via card to Kicktec on 9Dec for £114, though I have no contact since. I would be grateful for an update. Many thanks Richard Deverson”

“The first time bought a lamp on this online shop, but unfortunately, when the lamp has arrived, it was the wrong model although, on the invoice was the correct one. I just don’t understand how someone can pack a different model lamp from the invoice.”

“They are lovelly people and the product is good too, however I paid for next day Royal Mail delivery, they decided to use a courier instead and three weeks later it still had not arrived so I called them and next morning a replacement arrived.”
