“On Dec 23 at 16:15, my old Benq projector lamp just stopped. And with family coming next day, there’d be no way to enjoy our Christmas movies in theatre experience without a replacement. I found lamps-direct through Google, and immediately ordered a replacement for next day delivery. Unsure of the order cutoff time, I phoned and the customer service rep confirmed I had ordered — but at 16:45, about 15 minutes after the next day delivery deadline. The order would be shipped but not arrive until 27th. BUT!! They processed my order anyways, and it came to the door at 11.30AM on 24th - Christmas Eve - in time for family movie marathon that afternoon! What a wonderful and unexpected surprise ! True spirit of exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend Lamps-Direct enough, they truly came through for us this Christmas. Thanks Team!!”

“I needed a lamp in a hurry, and was very pleased with the swift service i received. The person on the end of the phone was helpful and polite, and she was reassuring when it came to my anxiety about not getting the lamp in time! As it turned out, my replacement lamp wasn't quite as bright as I'd hoped, but the "no quibble" return was exactly that. I ordered another lamp, and returned the old one without issue.”
