“Item was stated on website to be in stock and available for next working day express delivery. A couple of weeks later, when the status was still 'ready for dispatch' and I had received had no communication at all from LampsDirect, I rang them to find that there had been a problem with the stock system and my lamp was not in fact in stock but was due in a few days time. The good news was that it arrived the next day.”

“service & delivery were great, with total visibility of the order and when delivery was made. Unfortunately on this occasion, the lamp sent was incorrect and the housing did not fit the model of the projector. However, it was dealt with immediately, and was satisfied with the outcome.”

“Unfortunately another online company selling products that they don’t hold themselves. Sent directly from supplier. Supplier failed to send item express postage as paid for. I did get a couple of pounds refunded but the item arrived late. So if like me you want your lamp fast be careful and find out if they hold the item themselves when they say it’s in stock. Otherwise the lamp does seem to be excellent.”

“The lamp works as advertised, but I paid £18 for "before 10am next day delivery" and did not receive the lamp until 4 days later. I understand that not everyone processes orders on a Friday night to deliver them on a Saturday morning, but there was no clear warning anywhere (I was looking for one, because I was ordering on a Friday night and I really needed the lamp on Saturday) that my order wouldn't be processed until Monday.”

“Ordered a "genuine Epson" projector filter, got a generic looking filter, with no branding on the box, that fitted alright but had a different filter material than the original.”
