“The delivery was fast, approx 3 months ago. I had an instalment issue and contacted the team just before the expiry of the warranty. Loads of companies ignore these kinds of emails, but the helpful Lamps Direct employee has sent me step by step guides to installation, and dug out an online manual for me too when I had follow up questions. All of it first thing on a Monday, after my weekend query! Fantastic. Too rare.”
