“Really pleased, this is the second Optoma lamp we have purchased. The last one was original inside and lasted us 3,500 hours (~2 years) before being so dim we couldn't see it until the night time. This time we went with the proper original Optoma and it is so much brighter than the last, its great. So my advice is spend the bit extra for the official lamp and housing. One negative which is not the fault of LampsDirect, is that the DHL delivery person lobbed the package from the end of the garden at me, luckily I caught it!”

“I bought a replacement lamp unit for my BenQ W1070+ projector. I shopped around and LampsDirect had a good price. Their website was clearly labelled so that I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting. I liked that it was a UK based company with a phone number for queries, and a stated no-quibble warranty - although I haven't had to test either of these things out so far! The lamp arrived quickly and was well packaged. The installation was simple (luckily my blown bulb hadn't clogged the fan!) and so far it's working just as well and looking just as good as my original lamp.”

“I haven’t received my item as yet spoke to a guy on the phone was a mistake as my bulb ain’t in stock until March and I paid for next day delivery it’s no ones fault just a mistake hope to receive my delivery costs”

“Great company, found the bulb I needed for my projector with ease and it was posted within 2 days, the only thing I would suggest is to put a fragile sticker on it as the postman put it through the letter box, luckily I was in and got to it as he put it in the letter box so it didn't drop on the floor. Very happy customer, playing the PS5 in big screen is a must.”
