“Knowledgeable response to a question prior to purchase. Unfortunately the lamp arrived damaged but a phone call started the returns procedure. Some confusion with instructions here, me assuming a pick up would be arranged only to find out that I was required to post it. Free postage for a damaged/faulty item was not offered until prompted. Return and replacement was very efficient after this point. Overall very satisfied with the service and value for money.”

“Very good service. Just a feedback, for customers ordering for more than £40 should have free delivery. Its like lamps are cheap, but collect it in P & P. The other sites give free delivery. Apart from that, its all good. Fast efficient.”
