“Very happy with the website and ordering procedures. Delivery was prompt and arrived well packaged. The price was competitive and the unit fitted easily into the projector. The only issue which prevented 5 starts was that the bulb supplied needs to be verified by the projector each time it is turned on, and that some features "cannot be found." In other words, it's not a "genuine" replacement. I'm not sure this fact is stated on the website. One feature is that the lamp is locked in "eco" mode. For us this is not a problem as we can control the ambient lighting, but for other this might be a problem. I also suspect that other features which might affect the lamp life might be disabled as well. Time will tell... So yes I'd absolutely recommend Lamps Direct but some clarity in what buying "compatible" means would be welcome.”

“I was very pleased with the new lamp for my BenQ W1100. It was the correct bulb and a like for like replacement. The delivery was as stated. However the lamp would benefit from some fitting instructions as I had to turn to YouTube for a guide. Otherwise very pleased.”

“Well i found this site by searching Optoma forum, i needed a bulb which had exploded for my Optoma HD141X, after buying, a bulb from ebay, which was terrible after i replaced, i used this site Lampsdirect, i phoned to confirm price was for Lamp, thinking just the bulb, but it was the whole lot, housing, and bulb, all for £78.97 DELIVERED, now here is the best it turned up next day, and i ordered late afternoon, arrived by 11 0 clock next morning, and fitted in seconds,, The bulb quality is fantastic, i can honestly say the picture quality is better than the original bulb brand new when i bought the projector may 2016. All i can say is im very impressed, with the service and quality, i can't say at the moment if the bulb will last , but we will see, i cant see why i shouldn't get 2000 hrs min thank you lampsdirect, you have a very satisfied xcustomerx, many thanx Mark Clements, Leigh”

“Efficient service provided by LampsDirect, Order placed with them on Thursday 19th, alas the lamp didn't arrive on next day due to issues with the courier. Lamps Direct worked tirelessly to resolve the problems to ensure the bulb was delivered as fast as they could and the goods were delivery safely. These issues were nothing to do with LampsDirect and they refunded the courier charges due to the problems they had with the courier, would not hesitate to use them again. Excellent service and communication, and well done to Neil (Manager) for resolving this and getting things sorted.”
