“Very quick delivery after placing order. Had a problem entering card details to pay but company emailed me to assist and all sorted very efficiently.”

“Service was quick and easy and a good price. As for the bulb quality I'm undecided. The first bulb I ordered lasted only 260 hours and just outside the warranted period before dying. This may just be one of those things or that someone hasn't been powering down the projector correctly, although I'm not aware if that is the case. I've now purchased a second bulb to replace it so we'll see how that goes so watch this space.”

“I ordered a new lamp for our Eiki Projector one day for delivery the next day. It duly turned up the next day and was fitted and working within a few hours. All very efficient and a good price, but what I am unable to confirm at present is that the lamp life is good value for money, as I have not ordered previously from Lamps Direct. I hope to be able to confirm this after the lamp has run for 1,000 hours plus ! - Ray 03-08-2014”
