“We were sent a faulty lamp, but we were directed to a lovely employee named Jamie in the sales department, who organised a returns label for us, so that we would not incur the postage cost. They were very quick in all there correspondence and were very friendly. Because of this customer service we will gladly use your company again. Good job Jamie”

“Ordered a replacement lamp for our UF70 projector. It was delivered the next day as promised. The lamp is the same make as the original one that was replaced. I shopped around and this was also the best price I came across. Can't fault the service and I am going to order a spare to put on the shelf.”
