“Order placed on Sunday, after the original lamp failed, and part arrived Tuesday. No dispatch or tracking information, but it was so quick it didn't really matter. The price point was just right to take what I saw as a risk on a non-OEM part. See review on the lamp.”

“Excellent service. Ordered the lamp yesterday and arrived today. A third of the price of an original Panasonic lamp (which is very hard to find these days for this old projector anyway). If I get the same life and quality as the original it should keep me going for a few years.”

“Ordered the LMP-H280 and just phoned to check details. I think it was Neil who was excellent and during discussion advised me that I had not ordered what I thought I had! He immediately changed my order and refunded the difference as it was cheaper. Truly first class customer service and can't recommend this company enough. Oh forgot the item also had a better warranty.”
