“Lamps Direct had exactly what I needed, a lamp for my Epson projector. I did have a slight problem placing the order, but I phoned the number given and got through immediately to someone who was able to help me out. Great service - will definitely use again.”

“An excellent product that arrived really quickly. Unlike most companies the delivery charge was not marked it was delivered next day as requested. Customer service is also excellent. Would recommend to others without a doubt”

“Good morning - many thanks for the chance to review my order. I would be greateful for an update - this item for a benq 5700 ( 5J.JKV05.001 Lamp for BENQ W5700) was ordered some weeks ago (Deverson delivery to BS35 4AZ) - payment was taken via card to Kicktec on 9Dec for £114, though I have no contact since. I would be grateful for an update. Many thanks Richard Deverson”

“Sadly I’m still waiting for this bulb to arrive 17 days since ordering this. An email from the company apologised stating that their supplier was having difficulty accessing the bulb I requested. Still no news on whether this bulb has been sourced yet and they still have my money (£112). Frustrating as I will not have my projector working for Christmas (and no TV)!”

“The lamp works as advertised, but I paid £18 for "before 10am next day delivery" and did not receive the lamp until 4 days later. I understand that not everyone processes orders on a Friday night to deliver them on a Saturday morning, but there was no clear warning anywhere (I was looking for one, because I was ordering on a Friday night and I really needed the lamp on Saturday) that my order wouldn't be processed until Monday.”

“I contacted Lamps Direct when a projector bulb failed in our exhibition and we found we hadn't a spare in stock. This was compounded by not having a signatory on-site to approve a card payment. The Lamps Direct staff were very helpful and set up a 30-day account for us and sent the correct bulb out the same day. Very very helpful. Lawrie Boarer IT Manager, The National Holocaust Centre”
