“I contacted Lamps Direct when a projector bulb failed in our exhibition and we found we hadn't a spare in stock. This was compounded by not having a signatory on-site to approve a card payment. The Lamps Direct staff were very helpful and set up a 30-day account for us and sent the correct bulb out the same day. Very very helpful. Lawrie Boarer IT Manager, The National Holocaust Centre”

“Spoke to them over the phone. Gave succinct and great advice. Ordered and delivered within a few days and got instructions on how easy to install. Can’t fault them. When this bulb needs replacing I’ll call them straight back and get another delivered. Faultless.”

“I found the ideal item at a good price. It arrived in less than 48 hrs (despite postal strike days) and was very well package. Subsequent work identified that the part was unnecessary and the return service was exemplary. Very helpful phone call (yes, a real person), email return slip and very prompt refund. Excellent service.”
